CateringCare is a complete digital tool for catering services. It helps you plan meals, manage orders, handle deliveries, and keep track of customers — all in one place.
Whether you run a school kitchen, a care home, or a large-scale catering operation, CateringCare is designed to save you time and reduce errors by keeping everything connected.
This guide is written for the staff who use CateringCare day to day — managers, kitchen staff, and administrators. No technical knowledge is required.
How the system works
Everything in CateringCare follows a natural flow:

| 1. Recipes | Define how a dish is made and what ingredients it needs |
| 2. Meals | The named dishes you offer to customers |
| 3. Menu | A weekly schedule showing which meals are available each day |
| 4. Orders | Customers (or staff on their behalf) choose meals for the week |
| 5. Kitchen | The kitchen display shows what to cook and in what quantities |
| 6. Delivery | Orders are packed and delivered to the right place at the right time |
| 7. Invoicing | The system generates invoices based on what was ordered and delivered |
You do not have to use every part of the system at once. Start with the sections most relevant to your work.

Click your name or avatar in the top right corner to access:
- Your profile — change your password, language, or notification settings
- Log out — sign out of your account
The display language is set in your profile. You can switch between English and Swedish at any time without affecting other users.
