Export requests
Export requests are used when data from CateringCare needs to be sent to an external system — for example, sending invoice data to an accounting system or exporting order data to a third-party platform.
When the system generates an export, it creates an export request that you can monitor to see if it was successful.
Viewing export requests
Go to Administration → Export requests. The list shows all exports with their status.
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending | Export is queued, not yet processed |
| Processing | Export is in progress |
| Completed | Export was successful |
| Failed | Export failed — see the error detail |
If an export fails
Open the failed export request to see the error message. Common causes are:
- The external system is temporarily unavailable
- A configuration setting is incorrect
Contact your system administrator if you see a failed export that you cannot resolve.
Automatic vs manual exports
Some exports run automatically on a schedule (for example, a nightly export to Fortnox). Others are triggered manually. Your administrator sets up which exports run automatically.
