Order book
The order book is a summary of all confirmed orders for a selected date. It is designed for kitchen staff and delivery coordinators who need to see exactly what has been ordered and what needs to be prepared or delivered.
Unlike the Orders page (where you place and edit meals), the order book is a read-only view for fulfillment purposes.
What you can see
- Every customer who has ordered for the selected day
- Which meals each customer has ordered
- Delivery address and delivery type for each order
- Any special notes or dietary requirements
- The current status of each order
Using the order book
Go to Order book in the main menu.
- Select the date you want to view
- Select the catering service (kitchen) if you manage more than one
- The page loads all confirmed orders for that day
You can scroll through the list, use the search to find a specific customer, or filter by delivery area.
Order statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending | Order received, not yet prepared |
| In preparation | Kitchen has started preparing |
| Ready | Meals are packed and ready for collection or delivery |
| Delivered | Customer has received their order |
Printing the order list
Click Print to generate a printable order list for the kitchen or delivery team.
