Dynamic forms (checklists)
Dynamic forms are custom daily checklists that your team fills in to confirm that safety and quality checks have been completed. You can create any type of checklist — cleaning schedules, equipment checks, end-of-day safety rounds — and the system keeps a permanent record of every completed form.
Examples of checklists you might create
- Morning kitchen cleaning checklist
- End-of-day equipment shutdown checklist
- Weekly deep-clean record
- Pest control inspection log
Filling in a checklist
Go to E-Control → Dynamic forms.
Select today's form from the list, go through each item, and mark it as done. You can add a note or attach a photo as evidence for any item.
Click Submit when the checklist is complete. The form is timestamped and saved with your name.
Viewing completed checklists
The history shows all submitted forms. You can filter by form type, date, or user. This history is useful for audits and compliance checks.
Creating a new form template
Form templates are created by administrators under Administration → Forms. If you need a new checklist type, contact your system administrator.
