E-Control overview
E-Control is the food safety and quality section of CateringCare. It gives your team a set of digital tools to monitor, record, and verify that food is being handled safely throughout the day.
Food safety is not just good practice — in many countries it is required by law. E-Control helps you keep a clear, timestamped record of what was checked, when, and by whom.
What E-Control covers

All records in E-Control are timestamped and cannot be deleted — they form a permanent audit trail.
