Activity logs

Activity logs keep a record of what has happened in the system — who created or changed what, and when. This is useful for tracing mistakes, auditing changes, and understanding the history of an order or record.

What is logged

  • Creating, editing, or deleting orders, menus, customers, and settings
  • User logins and logouts
  • Export and import actions

Viewing the logs

Go to Administration → Activity logs. You can filter by:

  • Date range — to see what happened on a specific day
  • User — to see actions by a particular staff member
  • Record type — for example, only show changes to orders

How long logs are kept

Log entries are retained for a rolling period (typically 90 days). Older entries are automatically removed.

tip

If something looks wrong in an order or invoice, check the activity log first — it will show you who made the last change and when.
