Basic information

The basic information page is where you configure the core details of your catering service — your name, address, contact information, and the general setup of how your service is structured.

What you can configure

  • Catering service name — the official name displayed throughout the system and on documents
  • Address and contact details — phone, email, and physical address
  • Order units — the groups or locations your service supplies (see Order units)
  • Opening hours — when your service is available

Updating your information

Go to Administration → Basic information. Click Edit to update any field.

Keep this information accurate — it appears on invoices, delivery documents, and customer-facing pages.
