Price Lists

A price list is a simple way to apply a blanket discount or surcharge to a customer's prices. For example, a loyal customer might always receive a 10% discount, or a premium delivery service might carry a 5% surcharge.

Instead of manually adjusting every price, you create a named price list with a single percentage value and assign it to the relevant customers.

Creating a price list

Go to Administration → Price lists and click +.

  • Name — a clear label so you know what the list is for, for example "Loyalty discount" or "Weekend surcharge".
  • Code — a short identifier used in exports and integrations, for example LOYAL10.
  • Value (%) — a positive number adds to the price; a negative number reduces it. For example, enter -10 for a 10% discount.
  • Notes — optional space to explain the purpose or conditions of this price list.

Click Save when done.
