Document templates

Document templates control the layout and content of printed or PDF documents generated by the system — such as production sheets, delivery notes, and order confirmations.

What templates are available​

  • Delivery note — the document that travels with the food to the recipient
  • Production report — the kitchen checklist for preparing meals
  • Order confirmation — sent to customers when an order is placed

Customising a template​

Go to Administration → Templates to view and edit templates.

Each template supports customising:

  • Header and footer text
  • Which fields are shown (for example, whether allergen information appears)
  • Page orientation (portrait or landscape)

Why this matters​

Well-designed templates reduce mistakes in the kitchen and make your service look professional. A clear delivery note helps drivers and recipients confirm the correct items were delivered.
