Fortnox integration
CateringCare can connect to Fortnox, a popular Swedish accounting system, to automatically synchronise invoices, customers, and financial data. This eliminates the need to manually enter data in two places.
What is synchronised
- Invoices — invoices created in CateringCare are sent to Fortnox automatically (or on demand)
- Customers — customer records can be shared between the two systems
- VAT and accounting codes — financial categorisations are mapped between the systems
Setting up the integration
- Go to Administration → Fortnox
- Click Connect to Fortnox
- You will be redirected to Fortnox to authorise the connection
- Once authorised, return to CateringCare — the integration is active
Managing the connection
Once connected, you can:
- View the sync status
- Manually trigger a sync if needed
- Disconnect the integration
