Fortnox integration

CateringCare can connect to Fortnox, a popular Swedish accounting system, to automatically synchronise invoices, customers, and financial data. This eliminates the need to manually enter data in two places.

What is synchronised

  • Invoices — invoices created in CateringCare are sent to Fortnox automatically (or on demand)
  • Customers — customer records can be shared between the two systems
  • VAT and accounting codes — financial categorisations are mapped between the systems

Setting up the integration

  1. Go to Administration → Fortnox
  2. Click Connect to Fortnox
  3. You will be redirected to Fortnox to authorise the connection
  4. Once authorised, return to CateringCare — the integration is active

Managing the connection

Once connected, you can:

  • View the sync status
  • Manually trigger a sync if needed
  • Disconnect the integration
