Delivery settings

Delivery settings define the rules around when and how deliveries are made — including time windows, default routes, and any special handling requirements.

What you can configure​

  • Delivery time windows — the hours during which deliveries can be scheduled
  • Delivery days — which days deliveries are made
  • Buffer time — time reserved between consecutive deliveries
  • Default route settings — starting point, sequence preferences

Setting up delivery windows​

Go to Administration → Delivery settings and specify the start and end time for your delivery slots. If you offer multiple time slots in a day (for example, a morning and a midday run), you can define each separately.
