Price Groups
Not all customers pay the same price. A school canteen, a corporate client, and a hospital may each have a negotiated price for the same meal. Price groups let you set up these different pricing agreements and assign them to specific customers or ordering units.
Each price group has a standard price that applies to everyone in the group, and you can also add special individual prices on top for exceptions.
Creating a price group
Go to Administration → Price groups and click +.
Give the group a clear name (for example "School agreement 2025"), choose the applicable VAT rate, and set the date from which the prices should apply.
Setting the price
After saving, open the group and click + Add price. Enter the agreed price, choose the currency, and set the date range during which this price is valid.
You can add multiple price entries — for example if the agreed price changes each year. The system will automatically use whichever entry is valid on the day of the order.
Special prices for individual customers
If a specific customer or ordering unit has a different price than the rest of the group, you can add a special price just for them.
- Choose Fixed to set an exact price, or Discount to give a percentage off the standard group price.
- Set the date range and select which customers or ordering units the special price applies to.
Special prices always take priority over the group's standard price when the customer matches.
