Vehicles

The vehicles list stores information about the cars or vans used for deliveries. Keeping vehicle information up to date makes it easier to assign the right vehicle to each delivery run and track any per-vehicle requirements (for example, temperature-controlled transport).

Adding a vehicle

1. Go to Administration → Vehicles
2. Click Add vehicle
3. Enter the registration number, type, and any relevant notes (e.g. "refrigerated")
4. Save

Assigning vehicles to deliveries

When planning a delivery route, you can select which vehicle will be used. This helps with logistics planning and any regulatory requirements for transporting food.

Editing or removing a vehicle

Click a vehicle in the list to edit its details. To remove a vehicle that is no longer in use, open its record and choose Delete.
