File manager

The file manager is a central place to store and organise files that belong to your catering service — such as uploaded logos, document templates, food certificates, or any other files that staff need access to.

What you can do in the file manager

  • Upload files — drag and drop or browse for a file to upload
  • Organise into folders — create folders to keep things tidy (for example, "Certificates", "Templates", "Images")
  • Share files — make specific files available for use in documents or other parts of the system
  • Delete files — remove files that are no longer needed

Accessing the file manager

Go to File manager in the main menu.

caution

Deleting a file that is currently linked to a template or document may break the link. Check where a file is used before removing it.
